Voices

"Voices" is an off-the-wall Action/Comedy about a voiceover artist with some uncontrollable voices of his own.

Beneath Mark Twist's boy next door reputation and good looks lie some deep, dark secrets. The same 12 voices make him a fortune at his day job also cause him to do things he might not otherwise do. Some very bad things.

Add to the mix a clueless but loving girlfriend, his voiceover entourage and a life of crime that's quickly catching up to him, and you've got a recipe for action, adventure and lot of laughs.

laceyface is excited to be producing this funny original show with an amazing cast attached. Believing that TV audiences are ready for smart fresh comedies again, "Voices" really delivers. Created and written by Perry Sachs and Deb Lofts and starring: Bryce Johnson (Lonestar/Pretty Little Liars), James Madio (Band of Brothers/Basketball Diaries), AJ Buckely (CSI New York/Disturbing Behavior), Esteban Powell (The Cleaner/Dazed and Confused,), Ethan Erickson (Melrose Place/The In Crowd), Jerry Trainor (iCarly, Donnie Darko), Brittany Ishibashi (Supernatural, The Bannen Way), Terrence Flack (Strong Medicine), Clarke Kohler (Wreckless Epic), Johnny Hawkes (Zombie Strippers), Erica Bardin (Natural Hazards), Susan Graham (Natural Hazards), Mary Ann Springer (iCarly), Rod Beaumont (Some Folks Call it a Sling Blade)

The Joke Pimps… Revisited

“The JokePimps… Revisited” is an irreverent situation comedy about 5 grown orphan men who still live in their orphanage! With their caretaker dead (a skeletal nun they keep in the pantry) and the government ready to shut their place down due to back taxes, our twisted band of brothers find themselves in the craziest of situations week after week in an effort to keep the only home they’ve ever known.

There’s Harvey, short, cynical and street-smart; Jayson, the youngest and goofiest, is a tall skinny practical joker; Jay is the voice of reason and the technical genius; William is the quiet, eclectic oddball; and Jarvis is the crazy, uncontrollable ball of energy. Due to their isolation and upbringing, their ways are eccentric and different. Each episode has them working a different job or a different hustle (think The Marx Brothers or Three Stooges). The only person helping our unfit misfits is their social worker, Britney; a hot, busty ex-sorority girl: fifty percent bubbly, fifty percent “dingbat.”

Each week brings new laughs as the boys climb themselves out of a pickle. With the help of Britney and comedic sketches weaving throughout the show, the sitcom promises to be a laugh packed 30 minutes of fun.
